Absolutely. Every piece in the Archive is personally vetted and authenticated by our in-house experts before it is listed. Each item comes with a 100% authenticity guarantee — if an item is ever found to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund. For added assurance, buyers may opt to have a piece evaluated by a third-party authentication service at their own expense.

Are your items new or pre-owned?

Our collection features pre-owned, collectible designer pieces. Each item is carefully selected for condition, quality, and timeless appeal. Detailed descriptions and high-resolution images are provided so you can shop with complete confidence. Subtle signs of gentle wear are normal and described honestly.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Due to the curated, pre-owned nature of our items, all sales are final. Exceptions are made only if an item has been misrepresented in description or photography, or if authenticity is proven in question. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a review.

How do I know my purchase is safe?

We are a small, boutique operation that prioritizes trust and transparency. All payments are securely processed through Squarespace’s PCI-compliant system, and your information is fully encrypted. Every item is insured during shipping, and tracking information is provided for peace of mind.

Can I purchase through a third-party platform?
For select pieces — particularly high-value handbags — you may opt to purchase through our verified partner stores (eBay Authenticity Guarantee & Vestiaire Collective). This allows for an additional authentication layer at checkout, ensuring full buyer confidence.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. This ensures faster delivery, easier handling, and full protection of your items. However if you opt for a third-party platform purchase then we will consider select few countries for international shipping. (duties will incur)

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping is done via insured and trackable carriers to guarantee safe arrival. You will receive a tracking number immediately after your item ships.
